Saturday Morning Fun

Abby decided to mock me this morning as I had my camera out...she uses Nick's old camera all the time yelling "cheese!" She also threw in one of her awesome poses that Miss Christie at daycare taught her...normally the hand on the side of the head is accompanied with the catch phrase "Pretty!"

Ah - then Tanner came to play. Abby was getting practice with diapers as she insisted that her bear (courtesy of her cousin's Morgan and Payton) needed changed. She then mentioned that Tanner should be changed...Great Idea Abby!! SO, Nick cuts a hole for Tanner's tale and we do it...so much fun on a Saturday morning in the Ritterbeck household...

Pretties!

Abby finally let me put bows in her hair! She calls anything you put in her hair "pretties." It was a warm Thursday and the outfit I had bought her was too cute to not put pretties in her hair...if only Abby would have let them stay there for more than 5 minutes...

It was Valentines Day and Nick couldn't wait any longer... he had bought her the big girl bed and it had to be put together. He even went and picked out the sheets that are all too fitting... "Princess" bed set...I think that is his silent way of admitting it. Although it makes me sad, it also made me smile to see Nick lay in the room with her to make sure went to bed tonight instead of just getting up and walking into our room...

Sunday Afternoon In The Park

We took a Sunday afternoon trip to the local park with our friends Jim, Jessye, and Jim Jr. to the park....the highlight was the slide and the horsey merry-go-round....It was fun for all - not to mention the 70 degree weather that was enjoyed!

Take That Chesney!

Take that Chesney - we got pigtails too!! I can finally do something with Abby's hair other than just brush it!!! This was what we wore to Kids Klub at church for PJ night...it was a hit!

Abby & Daddy

Yes, Abby and Nick were sharing some quailty time before he had to leave this week for the field. Poor baby asks for daddy every morning and every night when we leave daycare. Sure does break my heart - just glad it is not a deployment like my friend Sarah (WAStamper) is going through. At least her friend Dora and Boots are here to make her smile!

Monster Jam with the Grebes and Snow!

We went to Monster Jam at the RBC Center today and we had to laugh. Out of all the kids our two kids were the only ones who weren't scared, but were clapping, and smiling! Yeah for us!! There is also one random picture of when we went to a parade with the Grebes as well!
